Apartment Winter is a duplex. The entrance and most of the apartment is on the first floor, in the attic there are 2 bedrooms. The apartment measures 52 m2 and is suitable for 4 to 7 persons.
The apartment is facing south.
Spacious living room with sofa bed (150×200 cm) and well-equipped kitchen offers a very comfortable stay. Next to the kitchen there is a bathroom with shower, balcony. In the attic there are 2 bedrooms and a balcony. In the larger bedroom there is a double bed (160×200 cm) and an extra bed (80×200 cm), in the smaller bedroom there is a double bed (140×200 cm).
Equipment in the apartment: stove top (4x electric ring), electric oven, hood, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, kettle, washing machine, cable TV, Wi-Fi and air conditioning in the attic.
Bathroom was completely renovated in 2024.
